OUTDOOR WORKSHOP: ‘A Responsible Cup of Coffee’

During our workshop, Leonardo Maggiori will guide us in learning how to recognise a coffee that, as well as retaining its full organoleptic properties, is grown and processed sustainably. This cultural event will take us to biodynamic coffee plantations in Honduras, with the aim of recognising the excellence and sustainability of one of the world’s most widely consumed products, whilst promoting culture, knowledge and, above all, awareness.

Leonardo Maggiori is a partner at Umami in Honduras, where he is involved in an Italian social enterprise that manages a coffee plantation to promote a culture of quality coffee and sustainability. The company, which grew out of an association, produces coffee and organises training courses for industry professionals.
